Software Development

We turn the idea into a working product: from a corporate site to custom business software, from a commerce stack to the API layer. The code is yours, documented and handover-ready.

Overview

Most projects stall on scope ambiguity, not on technical difficulty. So we start with a discovery step where architecture decisions and acceptance criteria are written down.

Development runs in two-week cycles. At the end of each one there is a working, deployed, clickable release — a real environment, not a screenshot.

Measurement is live from day one. By the time the product ships, every event already has a destination; nobody chases tags after launch.

How we run it

  1. 01

    Discovery

Scope, acceptance criteria and architecture decisions get written down.

  2. 02

    Prototype

The critical flow becomes clickable; risk surfaces early.

  3. 03

    Cycles

Two-week sprints, a deployed release at the end of each one.

  4. 04

    Handover

The repo, documentation and infrastructure access become yours.

Frequently asked

Do we own the code?

Yes. The repository lives in your GitHub organisation from day one and every infrastructure account is created in your name. When the contract ends there is nothing left to hand over — you already have it.

Will you take over an existing project?

We do. It starts with a one-week technical review covering dependencies, test coverage, security and the deployment pipeline. At the end you get the cost of taking it over and the cost of a rewrite side by side, and you choose.

How long does a project take?

A corporate site runs 3–5 weeks, commerce 6–10 weeks, custom business software 8–16 weeks. The exact timeline is given in writing with the scope document at the end of discovery.
