What we collect
What you give us
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name if provided, budget range and the text of your message. You write every one of those fields; you can keep using the site without submitting the form.
What is collected automatically
Visiting the site produces standard server access logs: IP address, browser type, page visited and timestamp. These are held by the Cloudflare infrastructure and used for security and debugging.
Where analytics are used, we prefer measurement that sets no cookies and collects no personal data. If a tool that requires cookies is introduced, a consent layer is shown on the first visit and the relevant tags do not fire until consent is given.

How long we keep it
- Form messages: up to 24 months after the conversation concludes. Where a contract results, statutory retention periods apply.
- Access logs: a maximum of 90 days.
- Analytics data: a maximum of 14 months, in aggregated form.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the service:
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN and security
- Email provider — delivering form messages
- Analytics provider — where used, for measurement
Some of these providers host servers outside Türkiye and the EEA. Where an international transfer occurs, the safeguards required by applicable law are applied.
Your rights
You have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, request correction, request erasure, request that recipients be notified of corrections or erasure, object to decisions based solely on automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Cookies
The site sets no non-essential cookies without your consent. Essential cookies serve security and basic functionality only; you can clear them from your browser settings, though some functionality may be affected.
Changes
